Nivea Sun Super Water Gel Sunscreen SPF50 PA +++

Nivea Sun Super Water Gel protects skin from powerful UV rays to prevent dryness, freckles, and sunburn with this refreshing gel that has a toner-like feel. Artificial colorants and scents are not used.

asian sunscreen, gel sunscreen, sunscreen anti aging, sunscreen cream for face, sunscreen daily, sunscreen for oily skin

How much it costs?

It’s a really affodable sunscreen for 140g you will pay only 21$ and I think this is very resonable because this quantity if you apply and reapply daily it will last you 4-5 months.

What type of sunscreen it is?

Chemical sunscreen: diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, dimethicone, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl triazone sodium hyaluronate.

What type of skin should wear this?

They say all skin types, but I will recommend these to a combo-oily acne prone skin.

My thoughts:

Nivea Japan Sunscreen has a very watery gel texture ; if you’ve tried the InnisFree balancing lotion, it’s the same kind of somewhat moisturising, gelly-like consistency; it’s just viscous enough for you to apply on your face but still easy to apply.

It dries rapidly (since it contains alcohol), but it’s also marketed as a base for makeup, but it may be used all over the body.

It’s available in two sizes: 80g and 140g, and it’s frequently bundled with larger orders in a little little extra bottle.

Personally, I prefer the 80g due to the packaging and the lack of a pump top, but the 140g is clearly a better value (in terms of prices) The 140g is often a similar price to the 80g, as shown in the illustration, but it is not as convenient to travel with. As a result, I prefer the 80g, although you may obviously choose whatever one you like.

Why I would recommend this sunscreen in the end, especially to individuals who wear a lot of make-up and are concerned that traditional sunscreens may clog pores or look horrible on their skin tone: This is such an excellent base product.

Because of the alcohol base, it dries rapidly without being overly drying, and it doesn’t leave your skin glossy or tacky.

This means you may apply foundation as usual without fear of overdoing it or worrying about how the makeup will sit on top of the sunscreen.

Ingredients list:

Water, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethanol, PG, dimethicone, ethylhexyltriazone, hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoyl benzoate, sodium hyaluronate, phellodendron bark extract, quince seed extract, tocopherol acetate, (Acrylate / alkyl acrylate (C10-30)) ) Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Setes-10, Na Hydroxide, BHT, Methylparaben

A perfect 10/10 and a must-try for anyone who dislikes traditional sunscreens or wants to try something new!

3 skin barrier support picks

Most of the barrier damage comes from stripping your skin of its natural oils with harsh cleansers, acne medication, and acids. Scrubbing too hard, waxing, and using DIY ingredients like lemon and baking soda, and on some skin types, alcohol and fragrance are also common culprits for damage.

Signs of a Damaged Skin Barrier

Disruption in the core functions of the skin barrier can present in a number of ways, including:

  • Rosacea and eczema. These conditions are partly caused by a genetic defect in the skin barrier. However, additional outside damage to the skin barrier can cause these conditions to flare up.
  • Chronic skin irritation
  • Itchy skin
  • Dehydrated, dull skin
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Skin infections
  • Delayed wound healing

What Can Damage Your Skin Barrier?

In general, life damages the skin barrier.

  • Pollution
  • Wind
  • UV radiation
  • Frequent handwashing
  • Use of cleansers that strip the skin barrier of its natural oils
  • Overuse of exfoliating acids
  • Use of harsh physical exfoliants
  • Smoking
  • Lack of sleep
  • Stress
  • Nutrient-light diet

A combination of avoidable and unavoidable daily habits cause varying degrees of damage to the skin barrier.

How do you fix a damaged skin barrier? Hydrate Continuously. A damaged epidermis requires moisture, so keeping your face and body well hydrated is critical in the fight to restore and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Reach for creams, lotions and serums that contain moisture-binding humectants, such as glycerin, sorbitol, ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

These are the 3 most used products by me when my skin gets damaged:

@cosrx Snail Mucin- this stuff is awesome; it has made a huge difference in my skin. I have oily acne prone skin and this smoothed out my skin, helped with hyperpigmentation and is my saviour when my skin barrier is damaged! I totally recommend this to anyone! ✨

@vegreen_official Cica Serum – this serum contains Centella Asiatica extract to soothe and moisturize sensitive skin. It has a lightweight texture that get’s absorbed into the skin very quickly.

@cerave Hydrating Cream – has a unique formula that provides 24-hour hydration and helps restore the protective skin barrier with 3 essentials ceramides and hyaluronic acid. It has a non-greasy texture and is fast absorbing ideal for sensitive skin on both face and body.

What’s your skin saviours? 🤍

Heimish All Clean Balm vs Banila Clean it Zero

Do you double cleanse every night? 💕
@heimish_cosmetic All Clean Balm and @banilaco_official Clean it Zero; they are my favorite so far, but there are a few things that I like and don’t like about them. 🤍

Heimish All Clean Balm

The balm-like texture changes to an oil cleanser upon contact with water to cleanse thick makeup without tugging or dehydrating skin. Hypoallergenic ingredients including shea butter, citrus herbs, fruits and white flower extracts make it suitable for sensitive skin.

🤍 Heimish All Clean Balm – it removes the make-up really easy and leaves the skin super moisturized, it does not sting the eyes. I do not like the herbal smell, it’s a little too strong for me.
It contains alot of essential oils in the ingredient list so it can irritate your skin or even broke you out.
Price: 19$ for 120ml

Major Ingredients:
Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Polyethylene, PEG-8 Isostearate, Shea Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Lime Extract, Freesia Refracta Extract, Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract, Jasmine Extract, Lily Extract, Edelweiss Extract, Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract, Rose Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Lavender Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Grapefruit Peel Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Mexican Juniper Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, 1,2-Hexanediol

Banila CO Clean it Zero Cleansing Balm

Hypoallergenic cleanser comes in a solid balm form that quickly transforms into silky oil upon touching skin. The soft, lightweight formula dissolves makeup and washes away impurities without stripping skin of essential oils. Its papaya and acerola extracts help to naturally exfoliate and brighten skin with Vitamin C. Best for normal, oily, dry and combination skin types.

🤍 Banila CO Clean it Zero – this is my first cleansing balm I’ve used and I love it. The texture melts into silk, it takes off even the waterproof mascara without leaving the skin dry or tight. You need a very small amount for the whole face, my eyes didn’t sting from it either.
It contains fragrance so if you are sensitive to it, this balm is not for you.
Price: 22$ for 100ml

Major Ingredients:
Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, PEG-10 Isostearate, Butylene Glycol, Water, Malpighia Glabra (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Fragrance, Angelica Archangelica Root Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, BHT, Butylparaben, Epilobium Angustifolium Leaf Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Sunset Yellow FCF, Onsen-Sui, Aspalathus Linearis Extract, Polyethylene, Aspalathus Linearis Leaf Extract, Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Angelica Polymorpha Sinensis Root Extract, Viscum Album (Mistletoe) Leaf Extract, Polydiethyleneglycol Adipate/IPDI Copolymer, Mineral Oil, Lithospermum Erythrorhizon Root Extract, Bambusa Vulgaris Leaf/Stem Extract, Synthetic Wax, 1,2-Hexanediol, Acrylates/Methoxy PEG-15 Methacrylate Copolymer, Rubus Suavissimus (Raspberry) Leaf Extract, New Coccine

My conclusions:

Both are amazing products, but also they contain some ingredients that are not that good for people with sensitive skin so also remember to check the ingredients list. 🤍
About packaging : I like Zero more because the jar is closing perfectly and no product can run out, and the Heimish one I have the feeling that is not really leak-proof.

🍀TRY ME REVIEW ME with Benton’s Goodbye Summer Acne Kit 🍀

Who is Benton?

The name and definition of Benton took its motives from the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” (Also known as ” Benjamin Button goes backwards in time” in Korea) which had a warm touch on many people’s heart.

In the movie, Benjamin is born as an old man and he becomes younger and younger as time goes by and ultimately dies as a new born baby. Benjamin Happens to deeply fall in love with a woman named Daisy. However, as time goes by and as Benjamin becomes younger he has no choice but to leave Daisy.

What if Daisy could have also turned back time on her physical appearance, wouldn’t she be happier? It may just be a fictional movie, but wouldn’t most people have the same desire to be young again?

Benton’s desire is to turn back the time of your skin.  Unlike the instant temporary effect created by the chemical ingredients, we hoped to improve skin care, by using the natural ingredients in our products which will help regain your skin to its original healthy condition.

Due to Benton Cosmetic being a friends and family friendly cosmetic, we have a rule on not imputing components such as paraben/mineral oil/dayalcohol/benzophenone/chmical preservatives/steroids in all of our products to ensure your trust in our ingredients used in our products.

Aloe BHA Skin Toner

I’ve tested this before and at first I didn’t liked it but using it constantly I really seen improvements on my skin textures and the size of my pores.
I find many BHA products too strong but this one is gentle enough to be used daily. It also contains snail mucin and Hyaluronic that helps a lot with hydration and acne scars.

Aloe Hyaluron Cream contains 7-hyaluron acids.

The texture is transparent, the gel spreads all over the face fastly and it’s easily absorbed. It doesn’t have any scent, the effects of this product are: moisturising, soothing, calming. If your skin gets irritated easily this one is for you!

Goodbye Redness Centella Gel

This has also a transparent gel consistency that melts into the skin almost instantly. It works well, my skin feels calmed about a minute after applying and it never broke me out.

Goodbye Redness Centella Spot Cream

This one really helped me with my redness. At first I didn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. This product is a very good addition if you want to treat a larger area.

Goodbye Redness Centella Mask Pack

I love this mask it feels amazing on the skin and is really cooling. Centella Asiatica Leaf Water content is 45% ! So I feel like it has contributed to an overall reduction in redness though.

All of these products are amazing. This time I do not have any CONS 😂
