My top 3 affordable drugstore sunscreens

Who doesn’t love affordable drugstore products that works? I think everybody ! Today I am gonna to talk about my top 3 favourites sunscreens that which I always rebuy because they work great for my oily acne prone skin but they will definetely work on a combo skin as well.

3 drugstore sunscreens on a white table . In the backround you can see a sunflower

@eauthermaleaveneromania very high protection Dry Touch Fluid SPF 50+ – is a facial sunscreen suitable for normal to combination skin that is effective against both UVA and UVB. This formula has been designed to be very water resistant and to regulate sebum production, thanks to its content in Monolaurin. The ultra-fluid texture ensures that the skin stays matte throughout the day and Avène Thermal Water soothes any irritations. Characteristics Dry touch ultra fluid emulsion; Very water resistant; Paraben-free.

This sunblock comes in a pump bottle that it makes very easy to dispense. The moment I applied this it left a little bit of white cast but after 20 minutes it tones down and I can not spot it anymore. It set quite quickly so I had to apply it fast, I didn’t notice any pilling the finish is semi-matte which I really like !

I kinda liked it under makeup, but I can’t say it’s my favourite sunscreen under makeup. It doesn’t sting my eyes at all, cuz you know how sensitive they are and I did not experienced any irritation or breakouts from using it. Doesn’t feel sticky or greasy and absorbs almost immediatelyOffers a really good oil control, my face remain matte for like 4-5 hours.

Contains 4 UV filters: Tinosorb M, S, Uvasorb HEB, Avebonzone and it doesn’t contains fragrance which I like very very much! It costc only 12 $ so I think is a fair price for 50 ml.

@altruistsun Altruist Dermatologist SPF50 Light Face Fluid is a broad-spectrum, dermatologist facial sunscreen created to provide superior protection, in a moisturising super-light transparent formula suitable for daily use. Enriched with Vitamin E to help prevent cellular damage from UV induced free radicals, to reduce the risk of skin cancer and premature skin ageing. Suitable for use under make-up or after shaving.

This is a hybrid sunscreen it contains both chemical and physical UV filters ( Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane; Ethylhexyl Salicylate; Octocrylene; Titanium Dioxide (Nano); Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid; Tris-Biphenyl Triazine (Nano); Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine; Ethylhexyl Triazone) .

It has a lightweight texture, it gets absorbed into the skin very fast, absolutely no white cast and the finish is a little bit dewy, but I like it is very natural, and it look very nice on the skin when you reapply it. I did not see any pilling and also stays very nice under the makeup.

The only thing that I do not like is that stings my eyes really really bad, so if you have sensitive eyes use another sunscreen around them. What I’ve learned is that Octocrylene filtere is the cause for the feeling of stinging. I only buy this because I know that is safe and it look very good on my skin and is also really afforrdable. This is also an unscented sunscreen, 50 ml for 10.55 $

Ingredients:
Aqua, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Glycerin, Octocrylene, Niacinamide, Dimethicone, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Titanium Dioxide (Nano), Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid, Panthenol, Tris-Biphenyl Triazine (Nano), Aminomethyl Propanol, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Ethylhexyl Triazone, Phenoxyethanol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Alumina, Titanium Dioxide, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Decyl Glucoside, Simethicone, Butylene Glycol, Piroctone Olamine, Disodium Phosphate, Diethylhexyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate, Xanthan Gum, Silver Chloride, Propylene Glycol.

@larocheposay Anthelios Shaka Fluid SPF 30 – is a daily facial sunscreen that offers very high protection against the harmful effects of solar radiation. It has a minimalist and hypoallergenic formula. Specifically developed for sensitive skin it should suit any and all skin types. With a unique combination of antioxidants and sunscreen filters, it offers broad and photostable protection against solar radiation. It has the ability to not only protect the skin from UVA, UVB and infrared rays but also from oxidative stress. In addition, its formula has a unique technology that makes this sunscreen ultra-resistant to water, sweat and sand. Besides all this, its texture is also ultra-light and non-greasy, gliding easily over the skin without creating a feeling of discomfort and unsightly white marks. And the best part? It’s also suitable for the eye contour area, as the minimal formula won’t sting the eyes.

La Roche Posay Shaka Fluid is like a lightweight serum to me that gets absorbed very easily into the skin , has watery texture and I could easily spread it across my skin and rub it in easily. No sticky feeling left on my skin, my skin remains quite refreshed and hydratated after I am using this sunscreen. I also like that this sunscreen is water/sweat resistent.

I do not like that it contains fragrance and is quite strong but if you do not like fragrance in products you can choose the La Roche Posay Anthelios Shaka Fluid SPF 50+ 50ml the unscented version ( I think I will chose this next time). The quantity is 50 ml and the price is a little bit higher than the other two 15 $.

Ingredients:
AQUA /WATER ALCOHOL DENAT. DIISOPROPYL SEBACATE SILICA ISOPROPYL MYRISTATE ETHYLHEXYL SALICYLATE ETHYLHEXYLTRIAZONE BIS-ETHYLHEXYLOXYPHENOL METHOXYPHENYL TRIAZINE BUTYLMETHOXYDIBENZOYLMETHANE GLYCERIN C12-22ALKYLACRYLATE / HYDROXYETHYLACRYLATE COPOLYMER PROPANEDIOL DROMETRIZOLE TRISILOXANE PERLITE TOCOPHEROL CAPRYLIC / CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE ACRYLATES / C10-30 ALKYL ACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER CAPRYLYL GLYCOL HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE TEREPHTHALYLIDENE DICAMPHOR SULFONIC ACID TRIETHANOLAMINE TRISODIUM ETHYLENEDIAMINE DISUCCINATE.

It has a nice lotion consistency, spreads easily, absorbs really quickly and leaves almost no shine on my face. It’s also very affordable and comes in a big bottle 160 g. This is the first japanese sunscreen I’ve tried and become one of my favourites. This is really good as it’s light on the skin, it doesn’t leave it greasy at all – not even throughout the day – it has no fragrance, it’s also not drying and comes in a good amount 110 g and also does not sting my eyes wich I love. Such a nice sunscreen. It’s lightweight, fast absorbing, no white cast at all it’s not greasy and it’s a hybrid sunscreen it contains both chemical and mineral UV filters (Octinoxate, Uvinul A Plus, Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Tinosorb S) . I think is great for all skin types. This sunscreen also didn’t sting my eyes. Only issue is that it is a very small package 40 g and I saw a pilling when I’ve applied makeup over, some girls didn’t so maybe I do something wrong? I don’t know. Heimish All Clean Balm vs Banila Clean it Zero

Do you double cleanse every night? 💕
@heimish_cosmetic All Clean Balm and @banilaco_official Clean it Zero; they are my favorite so far, but there are a few things that I like and don’t like about them. 🤍

Heimish All Clean Balm

The balm-like texture changes to an oil cleanser upon contact with water to cleanse thick makeup without tugging or dehydrating skin. Hypoallergenic ingredients including shea butter, citrus herbs, fruits and white flower extracts make it suitable for sensitive skin.

🤍 Heimish All Clean Balm – it removes the make-up really easy and leaves the skin super moisturized, it does not sting the eyes. I do not like the herbal smell, it’s a little too strong for me.
It contains alot of essential oils in the ingredient list so it can irritate your skin or even broke you out.
Price: 19$ for 120ml

Major Ingredients:
Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Polyethylene, PEG-8 Isostearate, Shea Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Lime Extract, Freesia Refracta Extract, Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract, Jasmine Extract, Lily Extract, Edelweiss Extract, Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract, Rose Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Lavender Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Grapefruit Peel Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Mexican Juniper Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, 1,2-Hexanediol

Banila CO Clean it Zero Cleansing Balm

Hypoallergenic cleanser comes in a solid balm form that quickly transforms into silky oil upon touching skin. The soft, lightweight formula dissolves makeup and washes away impurities without stripping skin of essential oils. Its papaya and acerola extracts help to naturally exfoliate and brighten skin with Vitamin C. Best for normal, oily, dry and combination skin types.

🤍 Banila CO Clean it Zero – this is my first cleansing balm I’ve used and I love it. The texture melts into silk, it takes off even the waterproof mascara without leaving the skin dry or tight. You need a very small amount for the whole face, my eyes didn’t sting from it either.
It contains fragrance so if you are sensitive to it, this balm is not for you.
Price: 22$ for 100ml

Major Ingredients:
Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, PEG-10 Isostearate, Butylene Glycol, Water, Malpighia Glabra (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Fragrance, Angelica Archangelica Root Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, BHT, Butylparaben, Epilobium Angustifolium Leaf Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Sunset Yellow FCF, Onsen-Sui, Aspalathus Linearis Extract, Polyethylene, Aspalathus Linearis Leaf Extract, Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Angelica Polymorpha Sinensis Root Extract, Viscum Album (Mistletoe) Leaf Extract, Polydiethyleneglycol Adipate/IPDI Copolymer, Mineral Oil, Lithospermum Erythrorhizon Root Extract, Bambusa Vulgaris Leaf/Stem Extract, Synthetic Wax, 1,2-Hexanediol, Acrylates/Methoxy PEG-15 Methacrylate Copolymer, Rubus Suavissimus (Raspberry) Leaf Extract, New Coccine

My conclusions:

Both are amazing products, but also they contain some ingredients that are not that good for people with sensitive skin so also remember to check the ingredients list. 🤍
About packaging : I like Zero more because the jar is closing perfectly and no product can run out, and the Heimish one I have the feeling that is not really leak-proof.

What’s your favorite double-cleansing product? 💕

🍀TRY ME REVIEW ME with Benton’s Goodbye Summer Acne Kit 🍀

Who is Benton?

The name and definition of Benton took its motives from the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” (Also known as ” Benjamin Button goes backwards in time” in Korea) which had a warm touch on many people’s heart.

In the movie, Benjamin is born as an old man and he becomes younger and younger as time goes by and ultimately dies as a new born baby. Benjamin Happens to deeply fall in love with a woman named Daisy. However, as time goes by and as Benjamin becomes younger he has no choice but to leave Daisy.

What if Daisy could have also turned back time on her physical appearance, wouldn’t she be happier? It may just be a fictional movie, but wouldn’t most people have the same desire to be young again?

Benton’s desire is to turn back the time of your skin.  Unlike the instant temporary effect created by the chemical ingredients, we hoped to improve skin care, by using the natural ingredients in our products which will help regain your skin to its original healthy condition.

Due to Benton Cosmetic being a friends and family friendly cosmetic, we have a rule on not imputing components such as paraben/mineral oil/dayalcohol/benzophenone/chmical preservatives/steroids in all of our products to ensure your trust in our ingredients used in our products.

Aloe BHA Skin Toner

I’ve tested this before and at first I didn’t liked it but using it constantly I really seen improvements on my skin textures and the size of my pores.
I find many BHA products too strong but this one is gentle enough to be used daily. It also contains snail mucin and Hyaluronic that helps a lot with hydration and acne scars.

Aloe Hyaluron Cream contains 7-hyaluron acids.

The texture is transparent, the gel spreads all over the face fastly and it’s easily absorbed. It doesn’t have any scent, the effects of this product are: moisturising, soothing, calming. If your skin gets irritated easily this one is for you!

Goodbye Redness Centella Gel

This has also a transparent gel consistency that melts into the skin almost instantly. It works well, my skin feels calmed about a minute after applying and it never broke me out.

Goodbye Redness Centella Spot Cream

This one really helped me with my redness. At first I didn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. This product is a very good addition if you want to treat a larger area.

Goodbye Redness Centella Mask Pack

I love this mask it feels amazing on the skin and is really cooling. Centella Asiatica Leaf Water content is 45% ! So I feel like it has contributed to an overall reduction in redness though.

All of these products are amazing. This time I do not have any CONS 😂

So if you want to buy these YOU will Find at @stylekorean_global, here is the link. These are affordable and really good products for acne prone, oily and sensitive skin 🤍

Moisturizers for the summer

These are my top 5 moisturizers for the summer ☀️

None of them leave my skin shiny or sticky. They’re absolutely perfect for summer 🥰

Products captured:

💦 @iunik_official Centella Calming Gel Cream you really need this if you have oily skin because it’s so lightweight and it absorbs so well. The only thing that I do not like is that contains a lot of essential oils and if your skin is sensitive you maybe should check another Moisturizer.

💦 @goodmolecules Priming Moisturizer really good under makeup, this also it absorbs quick.

💦 @belifeurope Aqua Bomb love this one, it’s like water for my skin. Really plump feeling and softness.

💦 @farmacybeauty Moisturizer with Moringa and Papaya – love the lightweight texture, really hydrating but I do not like the smell.

Do you have any question about one of these? What’s your favourite Moisturizer this summer? 🍦

🌷@rohto_official Hada Labo Premium Emulsion – gives my skin a huge boost in hydration. The texture is viscous and it absorbs really quickly into the skin.

🌷@cerave Hydrating Lotion – love the texture, it absorbs so quick and leaves the skin matte and hydrated. I will recommend this for all skin types, and the quantity is really big. You can also use this on your body too.

Acne is normal

Don’t let the condition of your skin affect your mental health. 👑

Smile be happy and think that a lot of other people are going through the same situation as you, but at some point this will pass and you’re going to smile when you remember what you went through to get here.🥰

Dew it Again Hydrating Toner

💦 Dew it Again Hydrating Toner

@gentlehourofficial has a really nice hydrating toner which contains Niacinamide for brightens and Glycerin for balances. 💚

I like this toner because is really hydrating, didn’t irritated my skin and does not leave the skin heavy or greasy.💕

It doesn’t contain alcohol and is PH-balanced, but it can not be that perfect because it contains fragrance in it and is a little bit to strong for my nose, but as I said before it didn’t irritate my skin.

The texture is light, very watery which I really like, really good for hot summer days and nights.💦

I use it after cleansing, on my AM or PM routine, my skin really loves it so far.

Another thing I really like is the cute packaging the colour is so beautiful, and also they sent me stickers to make it even cuter.

Thank you @go.picky and @gentlehourofficial 💕💚
